Every engagement moves through the same four gates, whether it is a fifty-unit furniture supply or a multi-kilometre road contract.
01 Scope & feasibility
We interrogate the brief before we price it — site conditions, access, statutory approvals, material availability and realistic programme. You receive an assessment, not just a quotation.
02 Planning & mobilisation
Detailed programme, resource plan, procurement schedule and HSE arrangements are agreed and signed off. Plant, materials and personnel are mobilised against that plan.
03 Execution & control
Works proceed under active supervision with defined quality checkpoints, documented progress reporting and disciplined cost control against the agreed budget.
04 Handover & support
Commissioning, as-built documentation, training where required, and an agreed defects liability and maintenance arrangement. We stay reachable after handover.
