Our story
Formed to be a single, dependable partner across many disciplines
Nigerian clients too often have to assemble a project from a dozen unrelated suppliers — one for civils, another for power, another for IT, another for haulage. Coordination becomes the client's problem, and the programme suffers for it.
Firm & Resolute Investment Ltd was incorporated to answer that. Registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 as a private company limited by shares, the company was structured from the outset with a broad but deliberate object clause — construction and engineering, logistics and project management, ICT and solar energy, telecommunications, and oil & gas — so a client can contract one accountable party across the whole of a programme.
From our office in Maitama, Abuja, we serve government agencies, developers, institutions and corporate clients nationwide. The name is the promise: firm in what we commit to, resolute in seeing it through.
